Why Are Energy Companies Calling About Skills Testing?

Yesterday I rec'd a call from an Energy Company that says they need big time help! What help? Well, they freely admitted that the energy industry is way behind the times when it comes to job skill testing and job fit.
They were looking for a test that helps them know if their current and new employees have the skills needed for the position. I thought that it might be a long drawn out process but they were ready to jump on this and get the ball rolling. What they would have spent, to the tune of about $2,500 per manager, they could get for about 450.00 and with consultation included. They did a Google search and found http://www.super-solutions.com/ , talked to Austin Helsel, a consultant and was happy with the direction they rec'd.

Free samples are available to see what was sent to them which included the following

competency manager development
competency manager selection

Have You Tried Our Google Search Tool ?

Type in the word Interviewing or pre-employment testing. Look at all the great content you have at your fingertips. I personally love Google and all it does to help us find things. Let me know if you are searching for something that it does not provide for you when it comes to job fit, hiring employees, managing people, skill testing and assessments.

Every Company Needs Hiring Help

Yesterday a new client came on board that I mentioned a few weeks ago. An Oil Well company. They need big time help with screening potential employees and actually finding enough workers.

Interestingly enough, they need people who can read a ruler, and be able to do a little math.

Using Skills Clues, an inexpensive assessment test, they will increase their success immediately.

I am excited for them. They have never used skill testing before. I will keep you posted on the progress!

SLTI???????????

With all the buzz words we have to remember, my head is buzzing!

SLTI stands for "Strategic Leadership Type Indicator"

We just rec'd a call from a large company who found us on the internet and that is exactly what he was looking for.

A strategy NOT a style. You can get a quick read [just 2 pages with graphs] on this if leadership is of interest to you. http://www.super-solutions.com/documents/SLTI_000.pdf

I did notice the phone number on the sheet is in need of an update. The correct number is

1-800-803-4303. The website is still www.super-solutions.com
