Yesterday I rec'd a call from an Energy Company that says they need big time help! What help? Well, they freely admitted that the energy industry is way behind the times when it comes to job skill testing and job fit.
They were looking for a test that helps them know if their current and new employees have the skills needed for the position. I thought that it might be a long drawn out process but they were ready to jump on this and get the ball rolling. What they would have spent, to the tune of about $2,500 per manager, they could get for about 450.00 and with consultation included. They did a Google search and found http://www.super-solutions.com/ , talked to Austin Helsel, a consultant and was happy with the direction they rec'd.
